Shipping Areas

We currently ship orders within Finland and selected EU countries. If you would like shipping outside of these areas, please contact our customer service.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard delivery (domestic): € 24,99

  • Pickup from our warehouse: Free

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic deliveries: 2–5 business days

  • EU deliveries: 5–10 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at sales@saunasella.fi . We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Delays & Exceptions

During holidays, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be longer than usual. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
